Chef Peter Fliri, a Johnson & Wales graduate & Southeastern Connecticut native, has been
cooking professionally for over a decade. From humble beginnings, Chef Peter has advanced his
career working with many renowned chefs, including celebrity chef Michel Schlow at Alta Strada,
MGM Foxwoods. Chef Peter is currently the Executive Chef of Blackhall Grille in Old Lyme, CT. Hand crafted, daily menus incorporating seasonal, local, and hand foraged products is the key to his success.
Chef Peter also enjoys catering as a personal chef, specializing in cocktail parties and
Hors d'oeuvres. Chef Peter also serves as a consultant in multimillion dollar new construction and
remodel restaurant ventures. Working closely with architectural engineers, general contractors,
and project managers; Chef Peter provides assistance for the entire duration of various projects from
the initial stages of restaurant layout efficiency, to sourcing and sizing the necessary components
to properly execute high volume commercial restaurant entities. Chef Peter applies training and experience to organize and effectively communicate between engineers and construction trades
teams to accomplish goals efficiently.
